You see a free preview of your portrait before you pay, so you know exactly what you're getting. Here's how refunds, replacements and shipping work.

Digital portraits ($19)

Your high-resolution file is available to download immediately after payment, and we email you the link.
Because the file is delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
If your file won't open, doesn't match the preview you approved, or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
Bought the digital portrait and want a canvas later? Your $19 is credited toward any canvas of the same artwork. Use the link in your order email.

Every canvas is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size chosen.
If your canvas arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order email. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once your canvas has gone into production it can't be cancelled.

Production: canvases are printed, stretched and packed in about 2 to 5 business days.
United States: free shipping, typically 3 to 7 business days after production.
International: flat $39 shipping to Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Mexico, typically 5 to 15 business days after production. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your canvas ships.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
